1. Platform Nature
AIXCORE is a digital marketplace for digital assets. AIXCORE does not own any listed products.
2. No Responsibility Clause
AIXCORE is not responsible for seller/buyer actions, transactions, product quality, ownership disputes, payment disputes, or fraud. Use at your own risk.
3. Seller Responsibility
Seller is fully responsible for product ownership, authenticity, description, delivery, and transfer. We do not verify ownership manually.
4. Buyer Responsibility
Buyer must verify seller and product details before purchase. We are not responsible for loss, fraud, or fake listings.
5. Listing Rules
Selling illegal, stolen, fake, banned, or copyrighted content without permission is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
6. Account Suspension Rule
Receiving 10+ customer reports leads to a temporary ban. Reactivation requires a ₹999 fee.
7. Permanent Account Deletion
After reactivation, another 10 reports leads to permanent deletion with no recovery or refund.
8. Customer Report Rules
Customers can report fake listings, fraud, non-delivery, misleading info, or spam. We reserve the right to take action.
9. Listing Removal
We can remove any listing without notice or explanation if it violates rules.
10. No Ownership Guarantee
We do not guarantee ownership, transfer, or validity. We only connect buyers and sellers.
11. No Legal Liability
AIXCORE is not liable for financial, business, reputation, or data loss. Use at your own risk.
12. Data Protection
Scraping, copying data/UI, or extracting listings is prohibited and leads to a permanent ban.
13. Website Security
Hacking, reverse engineering, manipulating the system, or bypassing payments is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
14. Multiple Accounts
Creating fake or multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban.
15. Listing Expiry
Listings expire based on plan duration or time limits and are automatically removed.
16. Pricing Changes
We may change pricing, plans, or features without notice.
17. Service Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime or continuous service. Maintenance may occur anytime.
18. Intellectual Property
All AIXCORE content (logo, design, UI, system) is protected by copyright. Copying is prohibited.
19. Third Party Links
We are not responsible for external links, third-party tools, or external services.
20. Fraud Detection
We may suspend accounts, investigate activity, or block suspicious users without notice.
21. Seller Verification
Verification is optional. Paid verification is available but does not guarantee trust.
22. Account Termination
We may terminate any account or listing without explanation.
23. Modification Of Terms
Terms may change anytime. Users must review regularly.
24. Age Requirement
Users must be 18 years or older.
25. Abuse Policy
Harassment, abuse, or threats lead to a ban.
26. Platform Misuse
Spam, fake listings, and manipulation are not allowed.
27. Technical Issues
We are not responsible for server errors, payment delays, or bugs.
28. Payment Terms
Payments are non-refundable after 24 hours. No partial refunds or plan cancellation refunds.
29. Payment Rules
Users must pay securely. We are not responsible for gateway errors, bank issues, or delays.
